1. Using Reecod

Reecod helps businesses record sales, expenses, stock, payments and debts and review their activity. You are responsible for checking your entries and the decisions you make from them. Features may vary by location and account.

2. Your account

Give accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and allow access only to people authorised to act for your business. Let us know at support@reecod.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Business records

You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the records you submit, including customer, employee and supplier information. You grant Reecod permission to process those records to provide and support the service, as explained in our Privacy notice.

4. Responsible use

Do not use Reecod to break the law, access another business’s information without permission, disrupt the service or submit misleading or harmful content. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, data or the service.

5. Insights and recommendations

Reecod can present summaries, patterns and suggested actions. Review them against your own records and circumstances before acting. Reecod is not a bank, lender, accountant or a substitute for professional advice.

6. Availability and updates

We may change features, repair errors or interrupt access for maintenance or security. We will aim to communicate material changes to these terms on this page and update the date above.
